Total professionals. Got estimate, went over it approved it. The rebuilding of our garage at Venture Lake. Such a pleasure to work with Donald and his entire team. Looking forward to doing more. He Came to my relative house to give estimate on work . Never called never came back they even called office to see what was happening with work to be done never got back them . customer service I would recommend him to anyone very bad customer service . They ended up having to go else where . I guess the job wasn’t a big enough job for him to do not enough money for him to do . I wouldn’t recommend him to to anyone .
Pottenburgh Company did an excellent job replacing a large section my roof. Donald Pottenburgh is very knowledgeable and Very professional with excellent folks working for him. The Pottenburgh Company and Donald will be my first call for any additional home improvement work. large or small that I need done.

I had a five year warrantee ,after four years my roof that they built started to leak I called don pottenburgh he said he would fix it but he never did. I called again and don said he would fix it but never came back. also i payed a extra $5000 after i signed the contract because the building inspector said they were doing something wrong ,i just wanted to get it finished, i do not recommend the pottenburgh company.
