I've been trying for 2.5 weeks to speak to someone about evaluating my daughter for speech & physical therapy based on our pediatrician's recommendation. I can't get hold of anyone.
They are a waste of time! Lost my medical records, took over 45 days to get them straight. Jacked up my birth control for over 3 months. Made me jump through all these hoops just for the same outcome. So much for being broke and trying to get birth control from a place that is suppose to serve the public. They would just prefer I pop out a bunch of kids that they have to provide the wic for. I only wish I had the strength to go off on them in person like they deserve.
