Needed assistance for someone who fell and could not get up. Called EMS, first person showed up before I was done on the call to EMS, then multiple others showed up to assist. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful group of folks. They did a great job of helping my wife, who uses a walker, get up off the floor, checked her out, would not leave until they were sure she was okay. I give them five stars + and thank them so much for coming to assist.

They don't know what they are doing. 2 hour response time. To busy talking with each other during incidents on a personal level instead of being focus on the person in need of care. They lack they experience and confidence to do their job correctly.
