I have used Brenda Abercrombie more than once. She is very personable. She is helpful and a very sweet person. She goes above and beyond to get what you need.
I am a real estate invester, Brenda has sold multiple properties for me. She is very professional, proficient and gets the job done in a timely manner.
We were in process of buying property from Brenda. The whole process was a complete nightmare. While we paid $3,000.00 in lease monthly to purchase building she continued to occupy the property with her junk in rooms and shop area. Out of our pocket to rent dumpster to throw away what she didn’t want. We had a dispensary we were trying to move over and she continually demanded free Marijuana for her son , in which we were not legally allowed to do.
