Had a 3 hour wait time to get in to talk to a worker and get help. Employees were very kind and knowledgeable. It would have been nice if there were magazines to read, music to listen to or a TV to watch.
Service sucks you will wait ALL day to be seen
Why do you advertise and even send out mail stating that your phone hours are from 8AM-5PM. ????? This is FALSE. Your staff act completely useless and advise to call back at 8 AM SHARP or they WONT HELP you WHATSOEVER. Advertising hours outside of 8AM is misleading, perhaps even on a criminal level.
