It's impossible to get in and see anybody because they don't make appointments! Unless you want to wait in line for 3 hours don't even try! Good luck to all the people that are on oxygen machines that can't wait that long
Had a 3 hour wait time to get in to talk to a worker and get help. Employees were very kind and knowledgeable. It would have been nice if there were magazines to read, music to listen to or a TV to watch.
Service sucks you will wait ALL day to be seen
