Waited 6 hours and next day 7 hours just to be told “workers are all busy, call at 7AM…”. Now I’m waiting for a text for my phone interview. I never got a new EBT card and they don’t know when I will get it!!! Incompetent! They said it’s a glitch in their AI system………I hate AI!!!!!

It's impossible to get in and see anybody because they don't make appointments! Unless you want to wait in line for 3 hours don't even try! Good luck to all the people that are on oxygen machines that can't wait that long
Had a 3 hour wait time to get in to talk to a worker and get help. Employees were very kind and knowledgeable. It would have been nice if there were magazines to read, music to listen to or a TV to watch.
