I am very happy with the experience that I have been receiving. The doctor I seen this time is so much better than the one I’ve seen the first time. Even made me laugh!
The staff seemed nice but the office practices seemed a bit inconsiderate. I had asked about the copay when scheduling and they said they couldn’t tell me anything until I went to the appointment. At the appointment they told me it was over 100$ to be seen for a corneal abrasion follow up, and I asked some questions and they said that’s just what the tricare copay is, but if they knew that was the copay they could have told me on the phone during scheduling it was going to be over 100$. Like what?
Dr Tran is thorough takes his time and Betty helped all four of us with frames and contacts she was super patient and helpful. The whole staff was amazing and the selection of frames was outstanding
