After confirming my coverage and scheduling an appointment 2 weeks in advanced I was told they don’t actually accept my dental plan 2 days before my appointment. The employees are incompetent. Would definitely not recommend.

Great experience and that is saying a lot since I am terrified of the dentist and have avoided going for way too long. Every staff member was kind and patient. I was not made to feel embarrassed by my neglect. Rosie was a rockstar doing my cleaning. Esme was patient explaining everything. Annamarie was fun from checkin to checkout. She explained the billing very well. Office was bright and calming. So very thankful
The team at Potranco dental have done a wonderful job with my care. The office is clean and organized and every team member has been so kind. Dr. Patel has been so patient and knowledgeable, and for someone like me who is notoriously scared of the dentist, so comforting! I appreciate their dedication very much :)
