I've lived here since June of 2012, and had 0 problems until new owners showed up in January of 2019, followed by their poor management team (who were once residents, then promoted to maintenance, now managers). It has been downhill for myself and so many others ever since. The landlords and "management" are unprofessional. They've shown us harassment, discrimination, and greed! When inquiring about moving into their mobile home park, I asked about putting up a 3-4 foot fence for my three dogs. They refused to allow us to live in the village with three dogs who are all under 50lbs. I’ve never heard someone refuse business or tell someone that they can’t have animals in the home that they BOUGHT. absurd. should’ve listened to the reviews

Car theft and break ins! Don't even leave your weed eater out. That be gone in minutes. They got it all here!
This is a nice park . The nicest one around . But rent is high . When the Mouton's owned it when we first moved in it was much nicer to deal with them .
