Probably the "WORST" shopping experience EVER. . *NO purchase confirmation email. *NO Tracking #ever provided. * Phone Customer Service was useless, Indian call center.. Yikes!! * Package finally Delivered out of no where. * Started charging me a $19 Membership fee... which I never Authorized A TOTAL SCAM!!! Stay Away.
Placed order in April 5, 2025 to see how it would go. On April 11, 2025 called Customer Service and was connected to Marvin. Once she explained the rain for the delay, I provided her with a correct billing address. Then, she became abruptly rude and starting asking for my sister's name (where I was mailing the items to). Be careful placing an order. The quality is horrible and when you return the products they deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Doing business as Young Explorers, I ordered a learning computer toy for my granddaughter on 12/02/2024 and was offered a 10% cash back and free shipping rebate. I completed the paperwork and did not receive the rebates. I contacted customer service on 1/10/2025 and again on 1/17/2025 and have not received the courtesy of a reply. I can only assume that this was a scam to get me to purchase the item. I highly recommend against doing business with this company.
