I bought a unit at Potowmack Crossing nearly two years ago, and I’ve absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—peaceful yet incredibly convenient. I can be in Navy Yard in just 15 minutes with low traffic, and I love taking walks through the surrounding neighborhoods to the local coffee shop. The community has a charming, tucked-away feel while still being close to everything. The HOA does a great job maintaining the grounds, and the amenities make living here even better. I have lived here for three years now. I am currently renting a unit from a private owner. For the most part, I agree with most of the comments in the previous reviews: great location, lots of noise from the airport (although the newer windows do help with some sound insulation), and moderately priced for the area. There is exactly zero noise protection between units, although this is a pretty quiet neighborhood, so I have never had any issues with noisy neighbors.
