So god awful it’s ridiculous. My dad was supposed to get surgery for CANCER and they CANCELLED the day before. They claimed there was an insurance issue, but why are they JUST NOW saying something the day before!? After some ridiculous back and forth, he is now having to re-consider other treatment options. He had to wait over a week just to schedule a dang call to speak with the doctor. He was supposed to get a call on the type of treatment he decided on and HE NEVER GOT A CALL. I’m so beyond furious.
