I can't give this practice any stars. The surgical schedulers need training. I had a procedure done and the scheduler never seem to know what she was doing. I had to call 3 times to get the paperwork for my procedure and had to call a 4 th time because she had the wrong doctor on the forms. Then office manager when I talked to her she said she was busy snd sent the paperwork out the day before I talked to her. I waited a week and never received the paperwork. RecommendedHad a wonderful visit with Dr Gandhi. He was very through with my options for my condition and gave me options. He told me which life styles changes to make to help . The rest of the staff were professional and caring. I know I was on the right track with this practice.
I had the Mona Lisa Touch procedures with Dr. Alok Desai. He genuinely cares about his patients and giving them a better quality of life. Zenaida, his clinical assistant, always greets me with a beautiful smile and is excellent at her job. MJ, the office manager, is super-helpful and concerned about patients having a good experience. I highly recommend this practice!

I feel at ease when I go for an appointment, Dr. Klein is relaxed and goes over any concerns you might have concerning your condition makes you feel he can do whatever is necessary to correct it.
Excellent service from Dr. Klein. He is thorough and efficient and is backed by a friendly and helpful staff. He also listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have. He kept me calm during a traumatic time in my life.
