I can't give this practice any stars. The surgical schedulers need training. I had a procedure done and the scheduler never seem to know what she was doing. I had to call 3 times to get the paperwork for my procedure and had to call a 4 th time because she had the wrong doctor on the forms. Then office manager when I talked to her she said she was busy snd sent the paperwork out the day before I talked to her. I waited a week and never received the paperwork.
