My husband and I both went to the store to get 1. Orthotics inserts and 2. New running shoes. I had a really great experience. The woman helping (I’m sorry but I forgot her name) was lovely, patience and extremely helpful. I am not a runner. I like brightly colored shoes and most of the time that’s what I base my running shoe buying on. I do however wear running shoes on a daily basis as a dog walker and pet nanny. This was my second time buying shoes at this store. The first time was over ten years ago and absolutely wonderful. This time around, I left very dissatisfied. I was the only customer at the store. Sales person scanned my feet and briefly went over scans with me. But she did not have me walk/run on the treadmill. I expected someone to check if I do anything funny with my feet when running because I have been having pain in one foot. But when I asked about it, I was told that part of the fitting was not necessary, and that i ... read more
