This was my second time buying shoes at this store. The first time was over ten years ago and absolutely wonderful. This time around, I left very dissatisfied. I was the only customer at the store. Sales person scanned my feet and briefly went over scans with me. But she did not have me walk/run on the treadmill. I expected someone to check if I do anything funny with my feet when running because I have been having pain in one foot. Mid-fitting today, a severe storm hit. My sales associate learned there was a small child outside in the dangerous weather and immediately ran into the pouring rain to help them to safety. She came back absolutely DRENCHED but refused my offer to take a break - just continued helping me find the perfect running shoes like nothing happened. Still can't believe what I witnessed today. PR Run & Walk Reston has something special. Really happy with the help to find a good shoe!
Sergio was great and helped me find the perfect size. Great recommendations and was very accommodating.
