Took off work for an appointment where the service was confirmed multiple times over the phone, were sent to the wrong location by their own Google listing, scolded for being late because of it, and then told the service we came for isn't even offered. The office staff was rude the entire time. What are we doing here folks?
Good Dr. but poor staff. You never can get in touch with them and when you do you can’t get things expedited. Very ghetto and the back staff are rude. There are some nice people there but there bad outweighs the good with unprofessionalism. Takes entirely too long to recieve a referral. They need an overhaul in staff. I will be leaving the practice pronto ‼️‼️‼️
I'm not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, because I've only ever had great experiences here with scheduling, check in, communication in general, the staff, and my pcp Ben Raucher. I don't say this lightly, because I have a Whitman's sampler of health problems with no easy solutions, but I always feel heard and respected here.
I have been going to this doctor’s office since I was a child. It used to be a great doctor’s office. As of recently, whenever I call I can never get an answer. The one time I finally got an answer, the young man had no idea on how to assist me so he transferred me to the office where the young lady hung up on me. I do NOT recommend. It shouldn’t be a hassle to reach your Doctor/Medical information.
