I'm not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, because I've only ever had great experiences here with scheduling, check in, communication in general, the staff, and my pcp Ben Raucher. I don't say this lightly, because I have a Whitman's sampler of health problems with no easy solutions, but I always feel heard and respected here.
I have been going to this doctor’s office since I was a child. It used to be a great doctor’s office. As of recently, whenever I call I can never get an answer. The one time I finally got an answer, the young man had no idea on how to assist me so he transferred me to the office where the young lady hung up on me. I do NOT recommend. It shouldn’t be a hassle to reach your Doctor/Medical information.
I:ve been seeong Dr. Thakor for over 30 yrs and have not had a problem at all. The only problem I have now is trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment. You have to go through so much of a hassle just to see someone. You use to be able to get a same day appointment but not no more. I startef calling at 7:30 am only to be told there was no one for me to see even if it was urgent to you but not tothryh
Literally never answers the phone and is a nuisance whenever they do answer the phone.
