I’ve made two virtual appointments trying to get my medication refilled and have been left waiting over 30 minutes before leaving the car. Both times I was called 30 to 45 minutes later, yes an hour after appointment to jump back on but could not because it was an hour later and I was busy (crazy how people make appointments at times they’re free). Today was my first visit with a brand new Primary Care Doctor. Sharna Harris has paramount Customer Service. The Lady that assisted me with my vitals was exceptional. My doctor who will remain nameless I felt hurried but she corrected that behavior. Me being hurried brought this review from a 5 to a 3. Please correct the problem not to get a 5 rating but because you care about me as a patient. Thank you.
The phlebotomist in their office was extremely rough and threw my blood away then told me to come back another day. She left my arm and hand bruised, as well as collapsed a vein. The rest of my experience was decent. Won’t be back.
