The phlebotomist in their office was extremely rough and threw my blood away then told me to come back another day. She left my arm and hand bruised, as well as collapsed a vein. The rest of my experience was decent. Won’t be back.
Dr Taylor lied about my 19 min visit stating that it was 35 min. I asked 2 questions which took less than 9 min., but he charged me for 20-29 min. Tonia Coates will lie stating that they can’t help with a bill. Their lab tech wouldn’t let me cancel a blood test. The entire staff will exploit patients. When you reach out to resolve these issues you will be ignored.
The staff was very welcoming and great. Place was clean and simple. My only recommendation would be to to allow for patients to be able to download their test results or medical records on the portal versus only having the option to screenshot the results and save them that way. The only other option I was told about, after calling to see if there was a way for me to upload the results or have them emailed to my email on file, was to have the clinic fax over the records to the number I would want to have a copy of my records... read more
This place is not welcoming and has no flexibility or compassion for their patients.
Terrible care, extremely long wait times, and the doctor is very rude
