I have been going to Potomac Physicians for 25 years. Dr. Siva has been my primary physician almost the whole time. I can't say enough good about Dr. Siva. She's going to be missed when she retires at the end of June 2026. The establishment is just like every other health care facility. The lab tech and services are fine. The front desk services are fine. They aren't there to be your friend, they are there to provide a service. Your physician and their nurse/assistant is who you strive for a rapport with. The first time there. The doctor I visited look like he just crawled of bed. He was not very Impathatec.I went over the issue that I'm having. I felt like I was not be heared and felt he didn't over many and solutions to help 😕
If I could give the patient care service a 0 I would. This is the second week of not having my BP meds refilled. I’ve called twice already.DrSiva will not fill my blood pressure medication without an appointment.I made an appointment over a week ago and still have not had my daily 2x a day BP medication.
