I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes. All I want is a copy of my last physical and lab work so I can transfer out. I understand there are busy times and I would be okay leaving a message but if you call the medical records line there is no voice mail to even leave a message.

The website is truly awful. It is not user friendly, and never allows me to sign in. It really really needs to be fixed.
I have been with this practice for at least twenty years. Recently there was some confusion on the part of a person who makes appointments who was evidently new at it and they are blaming it on me and charging me for a missed appointment that i never made. I am very annoyed because I would NEVER stand up a doctors appointment and they should know me better than that after all these years. Dr. Andrea Karp is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very supportive of her patients. I'm grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her.
I called this morning to make a follow-up appointment and could not get through on the phone. I left a message on the FB page, praying that someone would see this message before the close of business but the office manager called me back within 10 minutes. She even apologized on the FB board and was super friendly when getting my appointment. I was making this appointment for my supervisor so PPA is not my provider but if I ever had to change, it would be them for sure! Thank you for the great experience on a Monday morning.
