I would not rent from this company again. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. They were difficult to communicate with, and the service did not match what was promised. For such an important event, I expected much better. There are plenty of other party rental companies that are more reliable. I can’t recommend this one based on my experience.

I was very disappointed with this party rental company. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the items were not in the condition I expected. They didn’t meet my expectations, and the experience added unnecessary stress to my event. I would not recommend this company and hope they improve their customer service and reliability.

We rented this wedding hall for my cousin’s wedding. We paid a $500 deposit, and after the event we even hired a cleaner and paid $400 to clean the entire hall Now we’re just asking for our deposit back but the owner still refuses to return it They’re not honest they’re lying Don’t rent this wedding hall

We had a very disappointing experience with Potomac Manor Venue. Communication was not what we expected, and the overall experience was frustrating. The biggest issue was that our deposit was not returned as we expected, which left us feeling treated unfairly. I had a very disappointing experience with Potomac Manor Venue. Communication was poor, and several promises made during the booking process were not followed through. The staff was unresponsive when concerns were raised, which made an already stressful event even more frustrating. For the price, I expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this venue based on my experience.
