I had a wonderful experience working with Potomac HVAC. The team replaced my entire heat pump system; they were courteous, professional, and efficient. They also checked back a few times after installation to make sure the new system had been working properly. I highly recommend Potomac HVAC.

Potomac HVAC did a great job. They found the problem with our furnace right away. He offered to repair or replace it, stressing he didn't want to oversell us but the furnace was older and probably needed replacement. He repaired it, but as predicted it failed a few weeks later in the cold. When it did, he ran out and got it replaced ASAP. We really appreciated it given the cold and the holidays. Couldn't be happier!
Great experience working with them- very resourceful and helped answer all qs about my sputtering furnace. Not a sell guy that tries to get you to get the most expensive option but actually tried to solve the core issue. Also gave best deal from everywhere I looked!
