I was extremely pleased with the service from Potomac HVAC. Initially, I was having them come as a second opinion to verify the findings of the first company and perhaps see if anything was missed. Mike was able to confirm the leak in my evaporator coil and also found an issue with the AC unit, which the first company did not find. They provided evidence for the findings and walked me through my options, including the pros and cons of fixing the entire system vs just what was broken. We live in North Potomac and recently had an issue with the heat pump. Luckily, my friend gave me phone number of Potomac HVAC. Mahdi came the same day, fixed the problem and inspected the system. We decided to replace the heat pump and AC. Mahdi and his colleague purchased new equipment and installed everything within two days. Two days later Mahdi came to check if everything works well. Excellent service. I highly recommend Potomac HVAC.
