The place is very dirty trash lying around dog pee in elevators management trys but residents don't listion most residents are very welcoming but some are very rude putting people down making fun of them I got assaulted watching tv it's not a secure building so be careful living here
There are feces in the laundry room sometimes, the hallways are not clean, people will steal your packages from your front door, when you put in a work order for something to be done it takes maintenance ages to do it. That being said it's is a nice place to live and depending on which apartment you get you could end up looking at the beautiful mountains.
