They have apparently have a new policy that they cannot serve to customers with a vertical ID, EVEN IF THAT PERSON IS OVER 21! This isn't even a Virginia state law they're going by, in fact I checked the ABC laws and PFDG is violating our rights as customers by denying us that are over 21 that still have a vertical ID. I will never visit an Applebees or any other PFDG establishment again!

I ordered at Applebee's at 1206 N main Street in Suffolk VA on 10/31/17 and I wasn't satisfied with the ribs I received with my orders. I ordered three and they were crispy burnt with BBQ sauce on them and left a bad burnt taste in your mouth. I was in an extreme hurry and didn't return the orders back to the kitchen. I was very disappointed because I had spent $50 on 3 meals and I feel like I should be refunded. I don't know if I want to come again...

Worst dining experience in years at the Applebee's in Warrenton, Virginia. Took the manager aside (Acting Manager - actually the kitchen manager), away from patrons with my concerns. No interest in helping. Talked to him again after the most frustrating two hours ever, when he brought the bill, and was told simply "pay the bill and leave the premises". This from a "manager" who was showing his underwear through his baggy pants. I looked him dead in the eye and said "you just don't care at all, do you?". No response. I swear ... read more

Here's what I think of Potomac Family Dining Group. When I say what I have to say, it's in reference to the Virginia Beach location. That said, here goes... LEADERSHIP! That's what's wrong with this restaurant. What you have are manager's, NOT Leader's. That's unfortunate. There is a HUGE difference between the two.
