Horrible company and fraudulent practices ..bill went from 180 to 600 in 1 month..then the next month 800. I live alone! Criminals !
I wish there would be no start so I would rate this vulture company one star. I had to start my electric service through this company at my new house as it seems like the only available option. Their customer service was more than horrible. For a day I couldn't connect to anyone that could help me. On automated phone, it said I will get a call though when a lady called me, she hung up on me after listening to my start service request or the line disconnected and never got a call back. My power has been blinking off several times a week for over 5 years now besides having to reset everything in my home it screws up my wife when she works from home and to date it has ruined two computers I have made numerous complaints actually more than I can count and all I ever get is the usual run around.And nothing gets done to repair the problem.
