Twinky was wonderful in helping setting up my appointment! She called my insurance and got back to me to schedule all within a few hours. Excellent experience so far.
They are HORRIBLE!!! Not answering emails, could care Less if they get New patients or not. My first appointment was dr Jay who usually do the diagnosis so you will get the right treatment, I was excited and after lot of paperwork finally on the day appointment which was virtual it's a big disappointment, right after 5 minutes of call she started saying I would recommended you to continue with the therapist so why did you take this appointment if you can't do anything, honestly speaking I was shocked how she got her degree as she don't know anything about diagnosis and different method of treating patients, also th... read more
Trying to find someone who can evaluate my child while using insurance was really difficult in the DC area. Potomac Center was the ONLY practice that was able to assist with an evaluation in a reasonable time while using my insurance. Dr Gillum provided an amazing evaluation! The evaluation was very thorough and did not skip any major highlights for the sake of an evaluation. It provided insight and clarity on what's really going on the mind of my child. I had an appointment here last year and asked the receptionist what needed to be paid before I left and she told me my insurance would cover everthing except for $150, now here almost a whole year later I recieve a bill for $134 in late fees and deductibles.
