Great inventory and helpful friendly owners. I like to shop local and this store makes it possible. I don't knit or make jewelry but always find unique supplies for my art work. Highly recommend.
Deb and Kyle helped me with changing clasps on favorite necklaces from Premier line and jewelry stores ....Deb helping me match/coordinate styles with attractive but easier to use/open clasps and with Kyle changing them to look like them were original and mending a broken chain . Thank you !

I can't say enough about Kyle at Potomac Beads. I needed some advice on beads for a piece I'm making. He had me send a text with a picture to his phone. He responded back within an hour with some suggestions. When I wanted something they don't normally carry, he found a way to get it for me. Great customer service and a true pleasure!
I'm hooked on leather wrap and 3 row cuff bracelets. Gemstone fever!
