American Society of Plastic Surgeons recommended I file a complaint with PA Medical Board against this doctor. Due to his own physical limitations, he tore me apart and did not disclose that he would not reconstruct me. This should not be legal. But when my Philadelphia doctor gave atrocious post operative care I wanted Dr Potochny's assistance and he refuse to see me. The receptionist told me I was a "liability". I called my insurance.
