I wanted to support a small, local business but Potluck offered a terrible experience. Cans were delivered to my neighbor and the yard waste can was never delivered. When I called, I was not offered a refund for the weeks I've paid for the service and they were unwilling to deliver before the pick up day so I could use it this week. The woman who answered the phone was rude. I never had a problem with the blue can company at my former address so I guess I'll go with them again.
Very poor customer service. The lady that answers the phone has been disrespectful and not helpful anytime I’ve called. She has even went as far as calling me a liar and noting it on my bill.
RecommendedLove potluck pick up!! No hidden fees!! Consistent in their pick up times!! Left a message last night (Friday) that my cans are missing! This morning I wake up and they delivered replacement containers already!! On Saturday, their closed day!! I did not expect a return call until Monday and cans are already here!! Potluck pick up is the best!! Affordable and dependable!!
Great service for the price. I scheduled large items to be picked up and they came as scheduled. Very happy with their service.
Forgot to put out the trash, rushed down the street in my robe and slippers to get it there on time only to see the Potluck truck pass by us :( low and behold! The truck came up the other side of the street, grabbed the container from me, emptied it, and brought it back to me with a smile and “have a great day”! Amazing and pleasant service! Thank you!!

We have used Potluck pickup for our trash and recycling service for over 15 years. They always do a great job!
