I had my first appointment with Kayla Howard two days ago, and I was not disappointed. Well, I was already impressed with Kayla before the appointment because of the in depth questions she sent by email for me to answer before the appointment. I've never had a doctor ask the questions she asked, not even close! So, I feel I've found someone who truly cares and will help me find the answers and remedies I'm hoping for. Kayla Howard is hands-down one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with in a service setting. Her attitude was condescending from the moment I arrived, and it only went downhill from there. She acted as if she was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me, and any questions I asked were met with sarcasm or outright dismissiveness. Kayla was very thorough at gathering information so she could informatively create a proactive plan based on my needs! She explained things in a very understandable way. It was an overall refreshing experience:)
