Ray assisted my wife and I buying a home from 1911 with a ton of active knob and tube. We initially had Ray's team come to the property to inspect the electrical and locate a few circuits of active knob and tube. Based on this review, Ray was able to provide a rough estimate on a complete knob and tube abatement. We had the sellers contract Ray to perform the knob and tube abatement before we could close. Ray was absolutely outstanding! He showed up EXACTLY on time to replace what I thought was a faulty ceiling fan. He spent a half hour checking the circuit and found that the switch, not the fan, was failing. He got the fan working again, located a supplier for the switch, and refused to charge me anything for his time, knowledge, and efforts. From this point onward I'll call Ray for any electrical work that I need for my home and business.
