We recently brought our truck in for service and once again had the pleasure of working with Renee as our service advisor. Her customer service is truly top-tier. Pothier Do not buy or take anything in for service at Pothier Motors. Once you leave the lot they could care less. Tried to set up an appointment and rental to get our jeep recall done back in the spring of 2025. Upon accepting delivery of my truck purchased from Pothier’s in July 2024, I identified improper installation of the rubber running along the roof line above the drivers side doors (ie - back 6” or so was taped down). I was disappointed to see quality control wouldn’t have caught something so obvious, but simply brought it to the attention of the sales representative. Terrible service from all levels. Either unknowing of the process or knowingly deceitful. Sales lady's favorite phrase to fall back on was, "I Misspoke." Google the term, it explains a lot. We were quoted $38×××.××(round figures) over the phone, which after some consideration made the deal attractive enough to travel from Newfoundland to purchase the new vehicle.
