I don't often leave google reviews, but the folks at Pothier's deserve credit for the way they do business. It's well worth traveling outside HRM to deal with Pothier's, whether it's sales or service. I've never been up-sold on unnecessary items, have always been treated with respect, and my vehicle is returned in the same clean condition is was dropped off in. Let’s talk about my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and Pothier Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Windsor Nova Scotia. I bought my Jeep in April of 2022, it had 1k km on it when I drove it off the lot. Fast forward to my first oil change at 15k and my reporting paint issues I noticed on the vehicle that could not possibly be from wear and tear. Absolutely disgusted with my 2022 2500 Dodge ram that I bought from Potchiers in Falmouth nothing but trouble since I bought this truck I’ve tried to rectify this issue with the dealership. The truck decides it will not start something to do with the starter, however, the dealership refuses to do anything unless it performs the issue at the dealership, but of course won’t.
