I dont know about others but my experience with them is terrible!. Due to some problem on the front wheel, they advised to change the rotor and brake pads since the wheel used to be shaky specifically whenever the car drive in high speed (>80). The advise was 100% wrong since the problem was from the ball joint! Just costed me more than 400 CAD for new parts and services!!! honestly bad and wrong advises. just costed me more than 400 CAD.. such waste of money... They were great! We had to visit them on Sunday and all the other local mechanics were closed in the area. One of the tyres in my car needed a valve change because the air kept coming out of it. We did not know that. They replaced it, and when we asked to pay they said it was a small thing and didn’t charge us. Very helpful. We did request them to let us know a couple of times if we can pay but staff was helpful, especially Ajay!

Had a great experience with the crew at Potenza. Got me in the day after I called, got my suspensions fixed, and everything is working perfectly fine. Gary, the front office, was very nice over the phone and gave me a great price compared to the other shops I called. Thank you so much!
