Very efficient and very clear in explanations! Great customer service!
I am very pleased with this year’s tax preparation. Bhavya was very helpful. It would have been helpful to have gotten some guidance as to how to locate this year’s IP PIN required to file my taxes. I didn’t realize that the IRS gives you a new one each year.
Would not recommend them. They don't return calls or emails, they lost valuable paper work. Disorganized. Not a fan of this place at all.
