Well, I sure hope they do better work than they do drive! Just had one of their trucks completely cut me off trying to get on 101 headed south to I-5. He ran all the way up the shoulder pushing me into the next lane of packed traffic. Fortunately the cars next to me saw him and made room for me to get pushed into their lane. SMFH!!! I suggest some driver training!

**I wish I could have given no stars!!!*** This company’s customer service and communication are extremely poor. There was no notice whatsoever that they would be doing pole work on my street, which happens to be a dead end. When I tried to take my children to school this morning, the entire road was blocked off. After finally getting through and returning home, I found not one but two large trucks blocking the road again. We were scheduled for a power outage today for pole work. They did not show up and did not let us know that it was cancelled. It was so disruptive, very inconsiderate and unprofessional! This has totally ruined our Labor Day vacation plans. So far no word from Potelco about the cancellation or change in rescheduling. If I hadn’t called them directly myself, I would still be sitting a waiting. Two phone calls later and no return call! Seattle Public Utilities finally gave me a call back.

Not a customer service company. Absolutely no communication from them as they trash through properties. Low bid contractors that run behind schedule due to poor organization and minimal days in the field.
