These are the most unhelpful, disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the medical field and an investigation should be done on the people who work there. State funded but don't help the community. Absolute joke. You are better off driving to Pleasanton. If you don't have a ride, call me, I'll take you.
I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter's meds. I scheduled. They called and said it needed to be changed. I'm obviously upset as this appointment fit into mine and my children's schedule perfectly. We have a lot to do (single mom with no help and this appointment and appointment time was crucial). I'm going over the schedule to try to reschedule, I'm literally crying cuz I don't know how I'm going to make it work and yall THEY HUNG UP!!!
I am new to San Antonio and tried a PCP across town. I thought it was going to work out but after getting the run around for 6 full weeks I knew I had to change. I randomly picked a new PCP from the closest small town to me. I saw Latonya yesterday. When I tell you shes thorough, she's thorough.
