Unfortunately this office doesn’t care about its patients or the amount of time they wait. 2.5 hours to not be seen by the doctor and the receptionist thinks everything is funny. Please look elsewhere for care.
come here once a month for a monthly antipsychotics injection and regular bloodwork. very nice people to work with.
Got scheduled for a 2pm, went in, got told I was never scheduled. Go anywhere else, these people dont know what they are doing.
I have been sick for 8 days & I had to have some relief. I walked in without an appointment as a new patient & they had me seen in 30 minutes. Very friendly & thorough. Price was better than anywhere else.
These are the most unhelpful, disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the medical field and an investigation should be done on the people who work there. State funded but don't help the community. Absolute joke. You are better off driving to Pleasanton. If you don't have a ride, call me, I'll take you.
