I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter's meds. I scheduled. They called and said it needed to be changed. I'm obviously upset as this appointment fit into mine and my children's schedule perfectly. We have a lot to do (single mom with no help and this appointment and appointment time was crucial). I'm going over the schedule to try to reschedule, I'm literally crying cuz I don't know how I'm going to make it work and yall THEY HUNG UP!!!
I am new to San Antonio and tried a PCP across town. I thought it was going to work out but after getting the run around for 6 full weeks I knew I had to change. I randomly picked a new PCP from the closest small town to me. I saw Latonya yesterday. When I tell you shes thorough, she's thorough. She listened to me and I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I feel heard for the first time in YEARS. She was honest with me. She is sending out the referrals I need.
