Food is decent. If you try to expense a large order for work.. good luck. Don’t use the app as you’re unable to get a valid receipt that can be printed or saved as a file.

We have been to Potbelly’s sandwich shop three times already and love the selection of sandwiches, they are the best!!! Thank you Doug and other assistant (sorry I don’t know name), they were very helpful and kind and have gotten our order perfect every time. Thank you for our new favorite sandwich shop!
Potbelly stuff is great and tasty. However, this location seems a bit helpless and ‘uneager’. First they tried to talk us out of eating in, 50 minutes before they close; and then they misinformed us on how to use a reward, and furthermore deleted somehow our scanned perks membership. Annoying. But food is still great.
Disaster. Place opened a little while ago. Had been to a location in a different state so decided to try with my son. It’s clear whatever training staff had didn’t come close to cover basic functionality of jobs. First and last visit. Parking was easy and cashier was polite but the remainder of the visit was a disaster.
