The food was fine no better or no worse than expected. The service was terrible, however. I had to tell the employee three times that we wanted 2 “Pick your Pair” menus. I’m not sure if she didn’t understand or purposely was trying to get us to select items not on that menu. And it was very slow. Some people in line even left it was taking so long. Do not recommend.
Duane and Taverez were so great and helpful. They took us at the very end of a long night. They were friendly and had great customer service. Thank you
Wish I could give these guys a zero! Terrible service and attitudes. Expected me to know how to order (even though they have terrible signage) and then did not put my order in and then expected a tip! These guys then went in the back and complained about the dumb, disrespectful customers who don’t tip. This place is a joke.
Our first time here visiting the Pier. Nookie was great in recommending us the menu. I loved the rib steak sandwich & pot pie soup.
I ended up not continuing with my purchase after the sandwich artist began to mock me for my stutter. I do not recommend this location.
