I was visiting from out of town and a bit unsure what to order. The employee at the counter,Duane , was an absolute delight. His knowledge, patience, and genuine desire to make sure I had a perfect meal made me feel so valued. He turned a simple lunch into a wonderful experience. Thank you, Duane!
This food was delicious. Very well cooked, very well prepared. Nice and hot. Everything was great. The service was great. The people were nice. The people were attentive. Very good management. Everybody was working. Nobody was not not. Everybody was smiles. The atmosphere was nice. Friendly the food smelt great. If you're a Navy pair, I'd recommend this place. It's not outrageous prices and who was prepared like any old potbelly.
Very unorganized and workers are rude. We visited Saturday August 23rd. They told us they were out of meatballs when we ordered but after we ordered something else and we're in line paying, they come out with a full pan of meatballs and put them in the oven. They should have said we have them if you wait, not we are out. We also waited in line for 25 minutes for chili. Not a welcome. Not one smile from any worker. Not a "thank you, have a nice day."
