Very good food quality, but disappointed they got my order wrong when I ordered a chili mac bowl through the app and got plain chili instead (which was solid, but still). Hoping management will help remedy this in a future order.
I placed an online order through the Potbelly website at 9:00 a.m. for 11:30 delivery. When I hadn’t received a notification that my order was delivered at 11:30 I went to the spot where they are dropped off in my building and it wasn’t there. I called the store and she checked and said it was still on the shelf – I said ok, I ordered delivery, she asked which one (Doordash, etc), I told her that I ordered through their website. I would not Door Dash from here. I ordered a large pot pie soup with all topping’s my friend ordered a sandwich. Twice now that have simply sent a sent a side of soup and charged for a full order. While the food is good they do not verify what they send out.
Ordered catering. Service was on time and they even set up for me. Everyone was very happy about the portions and quality of the food. Will work with this location again.
These lazy pricks didn't want to fill my soup order 30 minutes before close so they told my dasher they were closed. SOUP THAT JUST NEEDS TO BE SCOOPED INTO A BOWL. Never ordering here again.
