Stay away from ... Jason's Deli.... This is the place to come. Great & Fast customer service ... Food delicious... You will definitely get your money's worth! I suggest this place to my job for our holiday luncheon for our over 100 employees We have a $20 budget per employee! I compared the two sandwich shops and Potbelly's won hands down.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Potbelly location. My order was messed up the night before and no one would answer the phone when I called to get it fixed. I was told it would be replaced, but when I came in, the manager Megan was extremely rude and acted as if I was lying. The customer service was unprofessional and made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be.
Love these sandwiches and the people are always sweet had this on my bag today
Potbelly is a great restaurant in Olive Branch. Many great choices of sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts at the counter. They also rotate seasonal choices with menu items. I've always been happy with cleanliness of the restaurant. Staff is always cordial & glad to assist with any desires during your visit. I recommend this restaurant to all that have never been here before. FYI....download the app because there are sandwich choices on there that are NOT posted on the menu. Never disappointed!
