I love Potbelly, but this location has made my sandwich incorrectly the last 3 times I've ordered. My order is the same every time; ham, everything but tomato and pickle. Today I also received no mustard and no hot peppers. There is arbitrarily something missing every time. It's disappointing to get all the way home and realize you have a lackluster sandwich.
I used to love getting their Turkey sandwich from there until I dined in and looked at their Turkey. It is literally sitting in half water. She said it was Turkey juice. The Turkey was so slimy. I will not be going back here
I used drive-thru and ordered a wreck with everything , no peppers. I drove 15 miles to my house and took a bite of my sandwich and a mouthful of habanero peppers. OK, no big deal .. I called and asked what time I can stop by tomorrow for a refund. Incompetent wait staff. Sat at drive through window for 7 min before I had to open it to get someone's attention. Management you need to fix this. Hire robots.
