Had an order for delivery today. I had to order lunch for 20 people. I saw the delivery fee of $3.99 when I added 1 sandwich. Why did it shoot up to almost $25??!! All sandwiches were going to the same address. I didn't ask for anything outrageous. Yet another reason another sandwich shop is getting removed from my list of approved vendors. There is no reason that can be given that would be acceptable for that kind of fee! Over $60 in tax and fees. I just enjoyed the Italian sub, very delicious. I also tried the skinny primerib solid sandwich, but let me tell you this salad 🥗 the powerhouse charge it to the game. This is one of the best salads I have had in a long time, so the flavors meld together and it's healthy go get it asap,I'll take pictures next time I order it. Just believe me it's good.
Was not busy when I walked in but yet took 30 minutes to get a wreck and then got an all ham sandwich with just regular cheese I didn't even bother going back because it took up 99% of lunch. Was given two cookies as a compensation which would have been fine if I had the correct sandwich pretty sure I was overcharged for just a ham sandwich when I ordered a wreck that has roast beef ham and I ordered all the toppings on it.

Will never go back to pot belly’s. For one all of the empty tables were nasty and needed clean. Second the guy that prepared our food yelled at me to get my sandwich saying “im not bringing it to you you have to come here and get it.” He only yelled our order once and I didn’t hear him so when he said it a second time he made that comment. He then proceeded to complain to his employee about me right infront of me when I grabbed my food out of his hands.
