Well just had the avo turkey sandwich 30 min ago and am currently experiencing food poisoning. Cool.
Horrible customer service experience. We were early to pick up a mobile drive thru order. The woman at the window was extremely rude about it. Totally understand there’s a pick up time given but she could have approached the situation in a much kinder way and let us know they haven’t had the time to prep the order yet. We had to sit in the parking lot with a screaming baby for 10 minutes before it was ready.
Can not follow simple order requests
Updating from a 2 to a 5* review. Had an issue during my last visit, but they did follow up and make it right, so I appreciate that. Most of them time I get food here, they do a good job, with the occasional error. When things are correct, they are good sandwiches and the best milkshakes of any fast/fast casual restaurant.
Great atmosphere and good customer service! However, my sandwich was disappointing: the tomatoes were mushy and not fresh, and the pickles were only the skin shavings. This really ruined the texture and flavor of the sandwich. Most frustratingly, I got a fountain lemonade but only found out it was out and I was just drinking water when I got all the way home.
