Great atmosphere and good customer service! However, my sandwich was disappointing: the tomatoes were mushy and not fresh, and the pickles were only the skin shavings. This really ruined the texture and flavor of the sandwich. Most frustratingly, I got a fountain lemonade but only found out it was out and I was just drinking water when I got all the way home.
I love the healthier options like the powerhouse salad. The sandwiches are always great too! The young lady named Nicole is always a delight and makes coming to Pot Belly worth it. Keep up the good work!

Had an order for delivery today. I had to order lunch for 20 people. I saw the delivery fee of $3.99 when I added 1 sandwich. Why did it shoot up to almost $25??!! All sandwiches were going to the same address. I didn't ask for anything outrageous. Yet another reason another sandwich shop is getting removed from my list of approved vendors. There is no reason that can be given that would be acceptable for that kind of fee! Over $60 in tax and fees.
