This was one of the strangest fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while. When I walked in, there was an employee stocking items near the front. She saw me come in but never acknowledged me or let anyone know a customer was waiting. A few minutes later another employee came out from the back to take my order. I tried to retroactively add points to Potbelly's loyalty system but the staff members claimed that they either did not know how to do it or that it was not possible. Yet in the same breath she claimed about another customer had figured out a way to do it. So my question is how is it that as a staff member you do not know how to retroactively add points? I would think that something as ordinary as this would have been brought up in a meeting or addressed somehow. Shame.

I truly enjoyed it. It was my first time. The service was amazing. I expressed that it was my first time and the young lady was so informative and patient with me. I enjoyed my sandwich. Everything was fresh as well.
