Obsessed with this place and I've never been a huge fan of sandwiches (until I discovered them). Love the atmosphere, they are always so fast. I go almost once a week... I have two jars of their hot peppers at home at all times and everyone is always so friendly. My mom is also tired of me talking about ya'll since they don't have one where she lives, so if you decide to come to Tyler, Tx I have no doubt you would be really successful!!

Worst potbelly location I’ve ever been to and I’ve been going to potbellies for 20 years!! I’m allergic to onions and I specifically said I want everything except for onions on my sandwich. Clearly I got nothing but onions. When the girl Storm is there it’s always perfect. If I were you, I would not have the black guy with piercings make your sandwich.

This was one of the strangest fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while. When I walked in, there was an employee stocking items near the front. She saw me come in but never acknowledged me or let anyone know a customer was waiting. A few minutes later another employee came out from the back to take my order. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Ordering wasn’t much better. I ordered a skinny ham sandwich, and the employee asked me multiple times what meat I wanted. I tried to retroactively add points to Potbelly's loyalty system but the staff members claimed that they either did not know how to do it or that it was not possible. Yet in the same breath she claimed about another customer had figured out a way to do it. So my question is how is it that as a staff member you do not know how to retroactively add points? I would think that something as ordinary as this would have been brought up in a meeting or addressed somehow. Shame.
