I tried to retroactively add points to Potbelly's loyalty system but the staff members claimed that they either did not know how to do it or that it was not possible. Yet in the same breath she claimed about another customer had figured out a way to do it. So my question is how is it that as a staff member you do not know how to retroactively add points? I would think that something as ordinary as this would have been brought up in a meeting or addressed somehow. Shame.

I truly enjoyed it. It was my first time. The service was amazing. I expressed that it was my first time and the young lady was so informative and patient with me. I enjoyed my sandwich. Everything was fresh as well.

One of the only places open late. The ingredients were fresh, the sandwiches were toasted perfectly and the meat was flavorful. Will definitely be back!!

I worked at a potbelly sandwich many years ago and I don't eat out too much, so it has been a very long time since I had potbelly. This place holds up as a really nice location, my sandwich looked and tasted amazing. This is a good crew and good store. It's not close to me but I would drive out of my way to return
