Ordered two sandwiches and a big salad which came as smaller. When I called the manager and staff were incredibly responsive and kind. I appreciate the spectacular customer service. Also everything was delicious.
Consistently gets my order wrong. Tonight I ordered two salads on a delivery app. No dressing, and of course I don't have any here. Not interested in a dry salad, it's a complete waste of money. I'll stop by the store for some dressing tomorrow and hopefully this salad is still edible.
Wife and I ordered two sandwiches, both unbelievably bad. One was called a Wreck and was bland to the point of tastelessness. The other was called a Pizza Melt and was supposed to come with marinara sauce but did not, which in combination with the sand-like dryness of the bread made it completely inedible. It would have taken a mountain of sauce to overcome how awful the bread was, which left our mouths feeling like we'd eaten Captain Crunch.
My skinny sandwich and salad were delicious and the salad was huge. The employees were friendly and did an excellent job customizing my sandwich. Will definitely be back!
