I have loved Potbelly for the last couple years and this was my first time at this location. I usually order the same thing, the original size, white bread and turkey with provolone. My palette can be, quite boring. But every visit the staff ask very politely if I want more add ons. Which, I then cave for some oil, seasoning, lettuce and mustard. The food here is phenomenal. No doubt about that. But we had one of the weirdest service experiences. Usually, when you order something off a menu, it comes the way it’s listed. That’s how it works pretty much everywhere. That was not the case here apparently. The guy asked what we wanted, so we ordered two sandwiches from the menu, picked our bread, and chose the size. What a waste of money, sandwich was super small, no flavor a small amount of ham hardly any cheese. I seen on the reviews, thay said the African American lady at the front counter was rude.I would agree, not only was she rude.She's ignorant, you don't talk down to people in that type of environment and expect them to come back and spend their money, eventually , this space will be vacant , and that will be a good thing!
