Went in on a Saturday afternoon after placing an online pick up order. Had to wait an additional 30 mins for our sandwiches after the app said our order was ready due to staffing shortages. There were only 2 people working the whole line and the register, this is not fair to them!! After waiting an additional 30 mins and getting ready to eat our sandwiches, one of our sandwiches was the completely wrong order. Very frustrating!!!
I've gotten from here a few times and it's usually good unfortunately they don't always give you what you order so I assume that must be common given that it's happened right about half of the times that I've gone there it was still good just not what I ordered
