This Pullman location is THE absolute worst. The staff is so rude. They do not care if they get your order right or not. They act like your bothering them when you ask for anything that you want on your sandwich. Every single young lady at every station was rude. The customer service is terrible at this location! The staff was more concerned about engaging in conversation amongst themselves, then been being attentive to customers. I repeated my order because it was clear she wasn’t listening to me and The attitude I was given because she messed up my order Twice was appalling. She literally threw my sandwich on the counter. And walked off! I will never return. All customers should be treated with respect and dignity. If I could given 0 stars I would.
Manager and employees are extremely rude with no customer service skills. They lie and say can’t take orders at the drive thru because they’re lazy. I told them multiple times not to put pickles on my sandwich because I am allergic and the big male with the dreads did it anyways trying to be funny. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and the better business bureau. This is unacceptable behavior. The manager has a bad attitude and don’t know how to talk to people.
