I placed the online order and I was still late to pick it up. I came 45 minutes after the place in my order for it to not be ready then when I mentioned to the manager, Ashley that it has been almost an hour she said back to me it hasn’t been an hour being smart at the mouth. then I still had to wait for my order after they continue to serve other people and talk and scream over my food. Their employees pick and choose when they want to close and acknowledge the drive through. It says 12am on Google how they earlier depending on their mood for the day. Very inconvenient

The service at this Potbelly location was very disappointing. The workers were being very inappropriate in front of customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. After receiving my order, I waited about 5 minutes just to check out while two employees were standing around and not assisting customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location.
