My sandwich was soaked with a sauce I didn't ask for. One of the ingredients I requested was also missing. I returned the sandwich asking for it to be made over and the employee got upset. I ASKED NICELY. There was no one in line but me. Due to the employee being more agitated than I was, I changed my mind and asked the manager for a refund. I don't think I'll be back.
Type of order: Online, Uber delivery - This is not the Potbelly location we typically order from, and unfortunately our experience did not meet the standard we have come to expect from the brand. Our order was missing three items, and the overall quality and preparation of the food was sloppy and reflected a lack of care and attention to detail. It takes a long time and people are not very kind.
Service was a lil bit slow for it not to be crowded but my wait was acknowledged. Good wholesome meal yet a bit pricey as everything is these days
