Veronica is DA BEST! Always good energy and and fast quality service.
The food was great, but the employees are so unfriendly. They act like they’re miserable and hate their jobs. This is sad for people who are interacting with people who have sick kids.
Rude staff, poorly made food. Honestly just go to a real potbelly.
We came here on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 after being discharged from the ER. The staff were friendly and respectful and the sandwiches were really good. My only two main complaints is that they don’t serve fountain drinks, they only do bottled drinks and there weren’t a ton of seating, but we still found some. It’s the only option at Lurie Children’s without needing to go to a food court or something, so the foot traffic they get is pretty good. (Written 4-4-26)
