Rude staff, poorly made food. Honestly just go to a real potbelly.
We came here on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 after being discharged from the ER. The staff were friendly and respectful and the sandwiches were really good. My only two main complaints is that they don’t serve fountain drinks, they only do bottled drinks and there weren’t a ton of seating, but we still found some. It’s the only option at Lurie Children’s without needing to go to a food court or something, so the foot traffic they get is pretty good. (Written 4-4-26)

I asked for the hot peppers on the side but they put them on the sandwich, which made it too spicy. In addition the steak was cold, not room temp, COLD, which was kinda gross.
