A worker with the name tag Treed was very unfriendly and rude towards me. She first ignored me for a few minutes before taking my order, and once I did finally ask for my order she rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her. Then while I was paying for it she was scrolling on her cellphone instead and was being very unprofessional. One of the worst interactions I’ve had with customer service.
The women especially women managers have very poor customer service. Attitude right through the door. Secret Boss need to go in there.
Potbelly is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Tee and Aya is very nice. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing sandwiches. Must come back. 10/10. La barmenta es fuego.
