My family and I visited Potbelly Sandwich Shop on May 12th around 11:30 AM and it was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in years. As we walked up to the entrance, three men were smoking cigarettes directly in front of the door, forcing every customer entering the restaurant to walk through the smoke.
