Worst potbelly's I've eaten. Ordered for delivery everything was cold even the soup. Horrible
I ordered my Oreo shake before anyone else in line. They called out my shake to the person at the end yet when I got to the end, they hadn’t started making any of the shakes. I ordered an Oreo shake, and then a couple people behind me ordered two chocolate shakes, and then a strawberry shake. Such nice people Garvin and jagger are the nicest
Had a bad sandwich that was terrible, called and spoke to manager. She offered to send me coupons....never received. Called again, she said she would send and never did. Avoid this location.
