I came to potbelly’s to order a sandwich and drink with my family it was two ladies in the store was rude they didn’t greet us when we came into the store. When it was time to make our sandwich they had an attitude because I asked for sauce on the side because I forgot to ask for it on the sandwich they barely was listening to what we was ordering. I love this location but they have to do better with customer. Customer service is always the key so better and you’ll receive better

******** WARNING PLEASE BEWARE VERY RUDE STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ************* The way the so called supervisor Jason interacted with me at this potbelly is really disappointing. Today Tuesday 5/19 around 12:50pm. 1st no welcome when I come in, no type of acknowledgment with literally no customers around. I’m only giving this place a 2 or 3 star because I’ve been here before and it was good, but this time was unacceptable to me. I went in last night at 8pm and I only ordered a salad, nothing else. I figured it would be a quick trip and I was on the way into work, but why did it take 30 minutes to get a salad?! The store was empty and there was only two people ahead of me in line, and one person later behind me in line.
