I guess they don’t do delivery anymore vi their shop eventhough it’s clear ont eh website “pickup/delivery” and for catering it’s a separate thing. Anyway I placed a delivery food order yesterday as I just couldn’t get around anywhere. Saw the tracker wasn’t moving at all waited for a phone call or email some type of communication if anything was wrong, I heard nothing so waited until the proposed delivery time as I didn’t want to be a nuisance. Messed up the delivery ordered directly from the website. Delivered a completely wrong order. Customer support just blamed it on the driver.
I completed an online order today Sunday, February 23rd. I placed 2 sandwiches (chicken salad sandwich and also a pizza melt sandwich). I also placed a broccoli cheddar soup and also 2 orders of chips and milkshake. Not only did they take a long time to have my order ready. It was promised at 6:15.
