I Got A Chicken Salad Sandwich, and No Chicken in the Sandwich? Make it make sense... I allready sent an email about this 3 days ago, still waiting for a reply.
They did not caramelize the onions on my steak sandwich. Service was slow compared to other potbelly locations I have ordered from.
I came to potbelly’s to order a sandwich and drink with my family it was two ladies in the store was rude they didn’t greet us when we came into the store. When it was time to make our sandwich they had an attitude because I asked for sauce on the side because I forgot to ask for it on the sandwich they barely was listening to what we was ordering. I love this location but they have to do better with customer. Customer service is always the key so better and you’ll receive better
