I’m only giving this place a 2 or 3 star because I’ve been here before and it was good, but this time was unacceptable to me. I went in last night at 8pm and I only ordered a salad, nothing else. I figured it would be a quick trip and I was on the way into work, but why did it take 30 minutes to get a salad?! The store was empty and there was only two people ahead of me in line, and one person later behind me in line. Horrible customer service! On 2/21/26 at around 3:15pm, I walked in and was stared at like I shouldn't have walked in the first place. Both of the little girls behind the counter, because that's how they behaved, were extremely rude and dismissive. If you don't like what you do, change your environment, simple! Management please provide these little girls proper customer service training because they have no idea what it entails.
Lady with piercing that worked 10/22 at around 7pm was really rude. Potbelly fix your service!!
