Second time going to this Potbelly location and the staff is just incredibly horrible- ZERO customer service- waited in line for 10 minutes before either female showed face . Will try another location Again with better and friendlier service.
Milkshake is bland ordered a cold brew with oreo and just tasted my vanilla icecream and the chicken salad sandwich is insulting to even call it that
Ordered on Uber eats. I ordered the Cubano. Where was no where near enough mustard. 2 bites the meat tasted like it was going bad (a Cuban has pulled pork and ham). The bread didn't taste or feel fresh, reminded me of bread that had been microwaved, rubbery, with a bit of a stale taste.
Service tonight was terrible. I walked in around 5:30pm on a Sat and no one was is line. I walked up to the ordering counter and the guy behind the counter ignored me for about five min. because he was making online orders. I finally ordered my (1) kids ham and Swiss sandwich and he put it in the oven and then ignored me again at the register for around 15min while he made six online sandwiches before ringing me up while customers started coming in and getting in line. Not friendly, food mediocre, and establishment dirty. Not a single table had been cleaned, trash overflowing, staff standing around talking. DO NOT EAT IN!
