Manager was very rude to me and did not acknowledge me. I waited an hour to pick up a catering order I literally had to get his attention by raising my voice for him to acknowledge me he would not give me any information about my catering order he just ignored me. I will never deliver do not want to see that man ever again I'm calling corporate on him I never make negative reviews but this one I was making sure this gets posted. He does not deserve to be a manager... One of the employees apologized for his terrible behavior.
Normally awesome but I guess the new measurements by corporate for a cup of Mac and cheese is about 2-4 spoonfuls as twice the cup has been less than 1/4 full
Food is always good but whichever two employees were working at 11am today should learn what workplace appropriate conversations are, and maybe not talk negatively about a persons order as they're waiting for it to be completed lmao.
Thin sandwiches... I was not pleased with the size of the meat portion on my sandwich. Three different types of meat, about one thin slice each... Not Acceptable At All
I love this little rustic sandwich shop at Ann Arbor. I bought the prime rib sandwich and I'm having mixed feelings. It's definitely a solid sandwich and the veggies were very flavorful, but I purchased the prime rib sandwich for the prime rib not the veggies and the sandwich was not packing a lot of meat. Overall if they didn't skimp out on the meat this would be one of the best sandwiches I had. —04/30/25
