Not gonna lie, I was felt really nervous while waiting in line, check out all that. But my sandwich though. I got the wreck with mustard and italian seasoning (plus a pickle on the side) and I dont know if its because i was starving but THIS IS SO WORTH IT. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY IN OAKBROOK CENTER, COME HERE.
I love potbelly, but sadly I got food poisoning from this location a few days ago. Haven’t been the same since I ate it. Might take awhile till I have Potbelly again
I recently had surgery and my sweet dad offered to pick up a salad from Pot Belly’s for me. I was a little hesitant because he was not familiar with the mall. Sure enough he got lost! I called the store for help and they did!! The girl who answered the phone was so kind and patient and sent the driver to go meet my dad where he was. It was such a kind gesture! We stayed on the phone for like a good 10 minutes until the driver finally met my dad where he was. Thank you! Your team at Oak Brook rocks!
I love Potbelly's but this location is not great. When I order through the app, the driver always forgets the drinks, there is a sandwich that is not mine but is someone else's order, or some other problem. When you call to get help, they sound mystified at how to help. I wish I could change locations in the app. There is a good one close. This location needs to figure out that you want people to come back.
