I hate to say it but this is the worst Potbelly restaurant I have ever been to. I waited about 10 min to pay because the manager was on her phone most of the time texting and then packing an order. Until finally the guy who did my sandwich came to charge me and scrape the last cup of soup in the container. Wait almost an hour for a catering order pick up. Was told 10 more minutes after waiting for 20 minutes. Never has this happened at other locations past 500 + deliveries . It’s crazy!
First time being at a Potbelly, they never explained how ordering works. I was waiting until I noticed the sign but after that they just said “go to the next section” I didn’t know where was that or what the next section was for. Overall bad experience, also the bacon was burnt
Come here all the time. Yesterday the customer service was excellent at 3pm. The young lady that’s injured did an amazing job. My sandwich was made incorrectly and she made sure that I walked away satisfied. Today I come in and it was just bad. Whoever is the manager today seemed very rude, almost as if he didn’t want to work. They really have to work on customer service.
